I focused on identifying a unique market position because it allowed us to offer customers a brand value that is truly our own.
Selecting the right target audience and personas was important to ensure that our messages reached the right people and maximized campaign effectiveness.
By deeply understanding our customers, I was able to clarify what meets their needs and determine the most effective way to deliver brand-relevant information.
With the goal of acquiring new customers, I designed social media campaigns to drive store visits and website traffic, and aimed to attract more new customers through promotions and sales.
